Kennecott Copper Mine

I wasn’t able to go to the field trip to the Kennecott mine, but I was able to view some pictures and here’s what I thought about them.
The first picture I’m going to describe is one of Jose leaning over the edge of one of the railings at the mine. I know that the mine is very deep so I assume that he is leaning over the edge to get a look far down into the mine. That, I think, would be a very cool experience.
The next picture I saw was one of a student standing next to a tire that one of the trucks use. These tires are huge! They have to be big though so they can carry all of the dirt out of the hole!
Anyways, I wish I could have gone to Kennecott, but you can’t do everything I guess. Maybe next time I’ll make it.
